Follow these three steps to start moving your Metrobankdirect Personal account information to Metrobank Online:
1. Go to https://onlinebanking.metrobank.com.ph (New Metrobank Online Website) 2. Log in using your existing Metrobankdirect Personal "username" and "password." 3. Follow the instructions shown on the screen.

1. Click the "Sign up." 2. Follow the instructions.

Note: The Metrobankdirect Personal system will be deactivated on September 15, 2020.

Hi Khey Dee, actually hindi lang ikaw ang nakakaranas o naka-encounter ng problema na ito. Nagtanong na ko sa Metrobank regarding with this problem and for security reason mas mabuti daw po na yung may-ari ng account daw po mag-message or inquire sa kanila. Ito po ang reply nila sa akin.

How long does the verification stage take? When I tried logging in na, wala pa. Would just like an idea. Am also trying to call metrobank but no answer on this.

How long does it take to migrate my account to metrobank online? As per their email they will notify me once done but I haven’t receive any notification.

try ko mag sign up sa metrobank online pero palagi invalid,yung email at number na gamit ko sa metrobank direct ayaw tangapin sa new metrobank online.nag try ako ng bagong email and new number ayaw pa din tangapin.

Hello po, based po sa experience ko po before po magka-COVID-19 Pandemic ay 3-5 business days lang po sa aking pagkakatanda. I suggest po na kontakin niyo po ang Metrobank para po mas masagot at ma-assist po nila kayo ng mabuty regarding po dito.

Hi po! Ang tagal ko na po di ma access account ko .Pag try ko po mag log sa Metrobank Online palaging sinasabi migration failed daw. Kahit tama naman mga log in details ko. Pagatawagan ko customer care wala naman nasagot, nasaayanh lang load ko. OFW po ako.
