God created you with a purpose. You might not know that purpose yet, and that's okay. God created you with a special set of skills and talents. When He looks at you, He sees endless possibilities! One of God's purposes for you is to have a relationship with Jesus. That relationship opens up many more possibilities for your life.

• Take care of your appearance. (You're the only one who can!)
• Wear a smile
• Get out of your chair and exercise!
• Never build yourself up by putting others down. It doesn't work.
• Be yourself. No need to fake it.
• Carry yourself well. You were handmade by God.
• Look beyond you and celebrate the accomplishments of others.
• Cut back on the sugar and drink plenty of water!
• Get some sleep. Short nights can result in unproductive days and weaken your immune system.
