You Are What You Feed Your Mind

You are in control of what enters your head!

Did you know that stinkin' thinkin' causes hardening of the attitudes?
Did you know that the wrong input causes stinkin' thinkin'?
Did you know that you can choose the right input, or you can choose the wrong input?

This means that attitude is a choice!

I strongly believe that if you make enough good small choices in every area of your life, the result will be the life you have always dreamed of.

A good habit is simply a good small choice made over and over again.

As Zig Ziglar said, “You are what you are and where you are because of what has gone into your mind. You can change what you are and where you are by changing what goes into your mind.”

​The mental input, what you choose to think about, determines everything about how you live.

​We are the sum of all the things that have gone into our minds and what we believe about those things.

Again Zig Ziglar once said, “Your input determines your outlook. Your outlook determines your output, and your output determines your future.”

What you feed your mind determines your appetite.

The good news is you can make a choice right now to change your input and change your beliefs about what has happened to you in the past.
