What Is Virtual Pag-IBIG?

Virtual Pag-IBIG is an online tool wherein the enrolled Pag-IBIG Fund members can view the details of their member savings, short-term loan, and housing loan.

Where Exactly Can I Find The Virtual Branch In The Pag-IBIG Fund Website?

The member can find the Pag-IBIG Fund Virtual Pag-IBIG in the official home page of Pag-IBIG Fund website www.pagibigfund.gov.ph, in between the tabs Program & Benefits and e-Services.

How To Enroll/Register On Pag-IBIG Fund Virtual Pag-IBIG?

• All Pag-IBIG Fund members with Loyalty Card Plus may register in the official Pag-IBIG Fund homepage (www.pagibigfund.gov.ph). Click the "Virtual Pag-IBIG." You will be redirected to Virtual Pag-IBIG site.
• Read first and understand the Data Privacy, put check mark then click “Proceed.”​

Who Can Enroll/Register On Pag-IBIG Fund Virtual Pag-IBIG?

As per Pag-IBIG website, the Pag-IBIG Fund members with Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus may register an account in the Pag-IBIG Fund Virtual Branch, be ready with your MID number as required in the creation of an account or Pag-IBIG Virtual Profile.

Can I Have Multiple Registration?

All members are encouraged to register only once.

Can I Still Activate My Account In The Virtual Pag-IBIG Even If There Is A Discrepancy On My Name?

The member can create and activate an account by completing the online registration with Pag-IBIG Fund to update the member’s record and secure the MID number.

Where Can I Received The OTP Code During My Application In The Virtual Pag-IBIG?

OTP code will be received by the member through his/her provided cellphone number upon registration of Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus

Can I Change My Password?
​
​Yes, a member-registrant can change his/her password. From the Virtual Branch Log In Page, click Forgot Password and put the registered email address in your profile account.

Can I View My Payment History For Member Savings Even If My Records Are Not Yet Consolidated?

Only contributions under your Pag-IBIG MID number can be viewed.

What Are The Details That I Can Access Upon Successful Enrollment At The Virtual Pag-IBIG?

Members can view his/her Member Savings (Pag-IBIG 1 and MP2), Short-Term Loan, and Housing Loan Details.

Can I Access The Pag-IBIG Virtual Pag-IBIG Even I Don’t Have A Loyalty Card Plus Yet Or Not Even Enrolled With It?

The member may access the following details even without the Loyalty Card Plus or not yet enrolled with Virtual Pag-IBIG:
