The Pursuit Of Happiness

Our days are happier when we give people a bit of our heart.

Then he said to them, “Watch out!
Be on your guard against all kinds of greed;
life does not consist in an abundance of possessions.”

Where Is Happiness To Be Found?

I don't know about you but you probably asked yourself with these questions. Where do you look for happiness? Can happiness be found? How do you found happiness in everyday life? What is real happiness?

But where is happiness to be found?

Last Sunday afternoon service at our church, Word of Hope (A Christian Family Church). Our church Pastor shared us about true happiness, and where it can be truly found. 

​I would like to share it with you. Enjoy and be blessed by the article that you are about to read below.

​Being happy doesn't mean everything's perfect. It means you've decided to look beyond the imperfections.

Happiness is certainly not found in material things. There may be some satisfaction in certain material things, but none of them last nor do they bring lasting happiness.

Our focus must change in order to have greater happiness in life.

Focus On Eternity Not Earth
​
No matter how good this world is or seems to us, it is nothing in comparison to the place of God called "heaven."

Focus On People Not Possessions
​
Material things were not meant to be our all-consuming passion in life.

Focus On Service Not Self
​
People are becoming more and more self-oriented than service-oriented. More interested in getting than in giving.

Remember, God blesses you so that you can be a blessing to others!

Conclusion:

Jesus said in John 10:10,

The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy;
I have come that they may have life, 
​and have it to the full.
