How To Enroll?

• Open a LandBank UITF account (If you don't have one yet.)
• Fill out four (4) copies of the UITF Regular Subscription Form 

        a. Determine the amount of investment.
        b. Frequency of contribution.
       (You can download your form here.)

• Have the signed form signature verified by your branch account.
• Submit the form to your nearest Land Bank branch.
