Proposed Amendments to the PSE Board Lot

A memorandum was released by the Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc., on October 9, 2023, inviting all interested parties to submit their comments on the proposed amendments to the PSE Board Lot.

The Exchange wants to modify the lot sizes in order to establish a Board Lot table that will democratize stock trading and allow for a PhP 100 minimum investment. The Exchange is recommending changing Article IV, Section 8 of the Revised Trading Rules in this regard.
