How I manage to consolidate my Pag-IBIG contribution without stress.
If your account is not yet merged or consolidated, please be advised that you can process your application for the consolidation of all your records by sending an email through [email protected] or by visiting your preferred Pag-IBIG Fund branch.
Here are 2 ways on how you can consolidate your Pag-IBIG Fund Records.
Through Email
1. Attached a scanned copy of the accomplished Consolidation/Merging of Member's Records form which can be downloaded on Pag-IBIG Fund's website. 2. Scanned a copy of your two (2) government valid issued ID's (front and back). 3. Send it via email to [email protected]. 
Confirmation email from Pag-IBIG Fund that my records has been consolidated.
Through Branch
1. Duly accomplished Consolidation/Merging of Member's Records form (can be downloaded at www.pagibigfund.gov.ph and also available in Pag-IBIG Fund branch). 2. Bring two (2) government-issued valid IDs (original and photocopies front and back). Note: I have received a message via Facebook messenger that some of the Pag-IBIG Fund branches are requiring a Certificate of Employment (COE). Much better if you do have prepared. Please be informed that you can file your merging of records at any nearest Pag-IBIG Fund office, open Mondays to Fridays, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM only. The consolidation process would take within twenty (20) working days after the escalation of the request. That's it! Very simple, isn't it?

Hi ask ko lg po. Kasi first time ko mag loan.. so bale na comply ko nmn lahat and signed na from my office lahat ng forms needed in MPL application.. so na pass ko na sa pag-ibig office and all.. nakakuha nadin ako ng bagong pag-ibig loyalty card na Union bank.. taz the next day na mention din ng friend ko na mag aaply din xa for MPL. Kaso need pa daw nia e merge ung mga lahat ng contribution sa previous employment nia. Kelangan ko din ba ipa merge ung sakin? I have previously employed to 4 different companies. Wala po talaga akong idea paano gagawin.. napasa ko na po lahat ng forms. Ok lg ba bumalik sa pag-ibig office then follow up pass nlg ng form for merging? Hindi ba magiging succesful ang MPL application if hindi nka process ng merging? TIA

Hi, same situation here. Kaso naprocess ko na MPL ko tapos biglang nagtext PAG-IBIG na hindi na proceed loan ko due to fill up merging form. So ibigsabihin ba nun need ko iprocess muna merging form then uulit ako sa loan requirements? Thank you

Hi there, Hi Darlene, it took 3-5 business working days before my records were consolidated. I requested it online. My advice is to visit your Pag-IBIG Fund branch, where your current employer is registered. You can also reach Pag-IBIG Fund via email [email protected].

Hi Hannah, sa Pag-IBIG Fund na mismo galing na kulang ka ng apat na buwang hulog upang makapag-loan. Ang advice ko lamang po ay mas makakabuti po kung sa Pag-IBIG Fund na po kayo mismo sumangguni. Hi Elaiza, yes po mas maganda po na mag-inquire po kayo directly sa Pag-IBIG at para na din po sa mga requirements upang makapag-loan. Mas mainam po kung sa Pag-IBIG Fund po kayo mismo sumangguni. Hello Charlotte, maraming salamat sa iyong katanungan. Bawat member ng Pag-IBIG Fund ay merong Membership ID (MID) at sa tingin ko ay posibleng pumasok naman ito sa iyong account.

Hi Ralph! I think it won`t be happening if you are using your legal name the moment you apply for Pag-Ibig membership. But it is possible if you used a different identity or misspelled name during your application. To address your concern properly you can verify your account and another account that you presuming. I think if you owned the other name you presumed there is a possibility that the contribution in the two names will merge as one membership. As like what I have said, to address this concern properly just visit the nearest Pag-Ibig Office in your location.

Hello, ang concern ko lang ay yong gumawa ako ng virtual account, doon ko lang nadiscover na walang hulog 'yong buong 6 months ko from my employer last 2018 pa. Then I emailed to Pag-ibig, they confirmed that there is really no record and told me to provide proof of remittance. Then, I emailed my previous employer requesting proof of remittance and just told me that she is reconciling it with the Pag-ibig na raw. Ang pinagtataka ko bakit ngayon lang, to think that was 2 yrs ago. So I emailed again to Pag-ibig sinabi ko yong sinabi ng previous employer tapos ngayon ang sagot na is may account daw ako from the old system so inadvise na magfile nga raw ng consolidation/merging of accounts.

Hello po, nag inquire ako last january this year about sa contributions ko from my past employer (5 years ako employed sa kanila) and may nai provide naman si PAGIBIG QC Branch ng list of contributions ko pero wala sila mai provide na PAGIBIG Number ko. Natigil ang contribution ko for 2 years. Ngayon po ay self employed ako nag fill up po ako sa online ng PAGIBIG website para maka kuha ng PAGIBIG Number. Kailangan ko ba mag request for merge/consolidate ng dati kong contirbutions para mag appear sa PAGIBIG Number ko na kakabigay lang ngayon. Salamat po
Hi Jan! I hope you and your family are safe and healthy. It seems impossible that you have contributions without Pag-IBIG Fund number or MID. You should ask your previous employer or much better with the Pag-IBIG Fund. Yes, you need to request for consolidation or merging of member's records.

Hi Krizel, your Pag-IBIG Fund Membership is considered inactive. Inactive Member refers to a member with no single payment over the past six (6) months. To reactivate and continue your contribution, you may submit a Members Data Form together with an affidavit of unemployment (for unemployed) to the Pag-IBIG Fund branch where your previous employer remits your contribution. Pay your contributions in the same branch.

I opened my Virtual Pag-IBIG and saw all my contributions from my previous and present employer, does it means it is already consolidated?
Hi James, thank you for visiting my blog. My advice to make sure is still to consolidate it (for hassle-free and safety due to CoVid-19, you can request it online). Yes, you can view the regular and mp2 savings including, the dividends, via Virtual Pag-IBIG.

Hi Sir, may I know if this consolidation request related siya if hindi maayos yung pagkakareflect nung record ko from my previous employer. Chineck ko po kasi yung Pag-ibig contribution and I notice na hindi nagreflect yung contribution ko sa akong previous employer kaya ginawa po nila binigyan nila ako ng certification na pwede ko daw ipresent sa Pag-ibig if ipapaayos ko yung record (Addtl note: same Pag-ibig account number po yung gamit from previous and current employer parang hindi lang po tlaga nagreflect ng maayos) Thank you po sa pagreply in advance. 🙂
Hi Maverick, maraming salamat sa iyong pagbisita. Kinakailangan ay dapat nandoon na iyong buong pangalan at pirma sa scanned form na i-send mo. Yung Processed by at Approved by ay i-leave it blank mo na lang dahil Pag-IBIG Representatives na ang bahala dun.

Hi sir. Good afternoon. I would like to ask you some question po regarding with the MDF and RTMRLD from pag ibig. Nakisuyo ako sa sister ko na sya na mag fill up ng records since nasa hospital ako because i was tested positive sa covid. Since gumagawa din sya dahil pre employment requirements yun di nya inaasahan na nalagay mya ang company nya sa RTMRLD at MDF ko, then pati dates. The problem po na ipasa na po ito sa pagibig. Ang inaalala ko baka itawag ni pag ibig sa employer ko na mali ang details sa MDF at RTMRLD. Pwede ko oa ba sya ayusin without my company. Kung baga punta ako pagibig para ayisin. Thank you po

Hi sir! Ask lg po. I checked my virtual pag ibig online and all my previous employer stated there however it seems that the contribution does not match to all my employers. Do I need to merge po ba dapat just to make sure?

Scenario is I have 2 pagibig account numbers under 1 employer, it happened due to name correction. Like, old name Anna Marie Pineda and new name Anna Pineda. If I want the contributions from Anna Marie to be transferred to Anna, does this fall under consolidation? I did visit Pagibig some years ago and they said my company has to request for it and then my company said request should be done by Pagibig. I got tired of the runaround and just gave up. I wonder if you're familiar what steps I should take? Hello Ana, thanks for reaching out. I think it can't consolidate easily because of the two different Pag-IBIG MID. Also, if you are going to analyze the problem, your employer should be coordinated with the Pag-IBIG Fund because they were the ones who submitted your information. I advised you to visit again your preferred Pag-IBIG Fund branch and ask them how to resolve the problem. Ask them if there are documents you or your employer need to submit for the identification of the records.

Hi Sir, thank you po sa pagsagot. Ibig pong sabihin mas maganda kung magpasa nalang ako nitong requirement pag on-board nako sa bagong employer para sila nalng ilalagay ko? Or okay lang ba na ipasa ko na to kahit di pako nagstart sakanila? pero details na nila yung ilalagay ko? Sila po kase ung nanghihingi nitong form. Ask lng po.nag file po ng loan yung mister ko then the 2nd day of filing nag text po si pag-ibig n need nya magpasa ng merging of consolidation of records for prossising him loan.ang tanong ko po ay kailangan b nyang mag reapply for loan or waiting n lng sya for confirmation? And how long it takes?

Been a Pag-ibig member for almost a decade now. 4 years na ko sa current company ko then found out na wala daw hulog ang Pag-ibig. Yung previous employer pa rin ang nakikita nila sa records. Di ako makakuhang loyalty card at makapag-apply ng loan. Ano po bang dapat gawin? Di kase malinaw yung advice saken. Nagpa-consolidate pa nga ko ng contributions e pero hindi naman naayos? Baka may nakakaalam po. FYI, 4x na kong pabalik-balik sa office nila. Hello Jane, maraming salamat sa iyong pagbisita. Hello Sir, Hi Minette! Did you mean MDF? To register, visit Pag-IBIG Fund Website. Usually, it takes 3-5 business working days. You can send an email to Pag-IBIG via [email protected] email address and request a copy of your Pag-IBIG MDF form.

Hello paano po yun kung employed na ako ng october 2019 pero february 2020 nagsimula maghulog yung company ko. Ano po ilalagay ko sa merge yung start date sa company or yung start date na naghulog sila? Salamat po
Hi Jim, maraming salamat sa iyong pagbisita. For clarification lang po, ibig niyo po bang sabihin na yung company na pinapasukan mo ay nagsimula lamang maghulog sa Pag-IBIG Fund noong February 2020? O ihinababol din po yung mga nakaraang buwan (October 2019 to January 2020)? Wala po bang deduction sa iyong sahod sa mga nasabing buwan? Maaari mo pong i-check ang iyong pay slip at dapat nakasaad po iyon doon. Maaari mo pong tanungin ang iyong HR Department ang tungkol dito.

Thank you po RALPH ang active niyo nagulat ako. Bali nung feb2020 lang talaga sila nagprocess at di sila nagkaltas nung 2019. Feb 2020 nalang lagay ko start date baka kasi hanapin nila yun tapos wala sila makita kasi di naman talaga naghilog. Salamat po

I got my loyalty card nitong january lng,at meron na rin po akong account sa virtual app.pero nang i check ko po ang mandatory contri.ko,ala pong nakalagay,minimal issue po ang lumalabas,tas nag try di po ako sa STL,tapos pag vavalidate ko na ang MID #,NO RECORDS FOUND PO LUMALABAS,Paano po kya ang dapat kong gawin Hi Melanie, regarding po sa inyong problema, mas mabuti po na bumisita po kayo inyong Pag-IBIG Fund branch upang sa ganun ay maitanong niyo po kung bakit wala po kayong nakikita na contributions sa inyong Virtual Pag-IBIG Account. Sila po kasi ang makakasagot kung bakit wala pong records sa inyong Virtual Pag-IBIG account kung tama naman po ang inyong na-rehistro.

Hello HR Asst, it depends po kung yung former employer at new employer ay same BIR RDO (RDO, which stands for Revenue District Office, is a sector under the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) that keeps the records of taxpayers under its jurisdiction.) naman po ay tingin ko po ay hindi na. Pero kung magkaiba po ng RDO ay kailangan po para po consolidatated ang records.

Ask ko lang po. Pano po kung nag request si new employer nyo ng consolidation merging records. At may di ka nailagay o na declare na previous employer dahil di mo na matandaan. Mas mabuti po kung sa preferred branch niyo na lang po kayo mag-request ng merging of records para po mas ma-assist po nila kayo.

HI po, i am now employed and i have 2 previous employer which i indicated on merging/consolidation of my records na form..naka ilang email na ako pati ang employer ko sa email add nila [email protected] pero walang response man lang..pumunta narin ako sa branch office dito, ang sabi lang sa akin un sa previous employers ko wala daw ako middle name..pano po pala process na pwde gawin dun?

Kung ang katanungan niyo po ay kung paano niyo po ma-update ang inyong information, maaari niyo pong i-download ang "MEMBER’S CHANGE OF INFORMATION FORM (MCIF)" at fill-up niyo po ang lahat ng impormasyon at i-submit sa Pag-IBIG Fund kung saan po kayo naka-rehistro. Yung MEMBER’S CHANGE OF INFORMATION FORM (MCIF) ay meron din po nito sa Pag-IBIG. Mas mabuti kung muli niyo pong bisitahin ang Pag-IBIG Fund at humingi po kayo ng payo kung ano po ang dapat niyong gawin.

Hell Ge, it is better that you have declared your previous employer. Your new employer will submit it to the Pag-IBIG Fund, so they are requesting it from you. When it comes to your records, they can request them from the Pag-IBIG Fund, including your previous employer and contributions.

I filed my consolidation of contributions last August 11, 2022 at 2pm with complete requirements at your drop box at Cubao pagibig office as per instruction from your employee in charge in the assistance office. I was told that within 10 days I can receive a reply but until now past 25 days I have not receive any reply.

Hi po, Hello po Leariza, yes po mag-reflect po dapat sa Virtual Pag-IBIG yung lahat po ng contributions at dividends niyo po (MP1 and MP2 kung meron po kayo nito). Kung online naman po kayo nag-request ng consolidation ay dapat po may confirmation po na ma-receive via email. Maaari niyo din po bisitahin ang pinaka malapit na Pag-IBIG Fund branch para po sa inyong mga katanungan.

Good day, Ask ko lang po if di naman ako lumipat ng ibang company from previous to present employer same padin, kelangan pa din bang i consolidate yong account. Advisable ba na gawin to kahit di ka pa mag loan for future preference. thanks in advance.

Good day, Sir salamat sa sagot..first yes sir from the beginning till present same employer pa din ako at di ako nag self contribute nor wala din ako iba source of income maliban sa present job ko sa present same employer..Na confuse lang ako sa sinabi mo na di na kailangan sa case ko pero sinabi mo din na advisable na ma i consolidate ang records contribution bago ako maka loan..So in my case for clarification lang kailangan ko pa din pala mag consolidate ng contribution ko. Hello Gilbert, ang ibig ko pong sabihin ay hindi mo na po kinakailangang mag-request ng merging ng contribution/records since nasabi niyo na din po na wala po kayong naging ibang employer maliban po sa company na pinapasukan niyo po ngayon.
