New Features And Services In The SSS Mobile App

Members of the Social Security System (SSS) can now access their membership information using their smartphones and tablets with the new SSS Mobile application.

What's new with SSS Mobile App?

I received an email from SSS informing its members of the new features and services available in the latest SSS Mobile App.

The SSS Mobile App is a free service for members with smartphones and tablets. The app is available for download in Google Play Store, Apple App Store, as well as in the  Huawei AppGallery.

​The new version of the SSS mobile app provides the following new features and services:

For Employers

Access to Employer Portal

You can now access SSS information such as contributions and loan payments, and sickness/maternity benefit reimbursements.

Updating of Employer Contact Information

You can update your landline or mobile number and email address, without the need to visit your SSS servicing branch to submit documents.

For Employers and Individual Members

New Login Page

Below is the new look of the SSS Mobile App login page. Members and Employers can access their account by entering the same user id and password of their My.SSS account in the SSS Website. The new login page also shows the button to be tapped by Employers/Household Employers to successfully log in to their account.​

​Customer Survey

​Upon logout, the SSS Mobile App will show an Exit Survey with brief questions about the user's experience. This will help provide SSS with valuable feedback for the continued improvement of the App's features and services.

Now with an improved look and added features, the new version offers SSS members a more convenient way to do the following:

• Generate or edit and inquire about the payment reference number.
• View membership information and update contact information.
• Viewing of loan and claim application status and breakdown of total contributions.
• Apply for a salary loan.
• Submit maternity notification.
• Know the address of SSS branches with their pinned locations on a map.
• Access the My.SSS Beta version to create a web account (for users not registered to My.SSS).
