Step up, time to grow up! Oh grow up!

Are you willing to grow up? 

As you grow up, your priorities change, nights out are swapped for nights in, your circle gets smaller, and games, drama, and partying every weekend just aren't entertaining anymore. You get to a point where it's quality over quantity, like your career, your relationships, your home, your family, and you. You want quality now. Something that's yours, something real, something you can grow. As you grow up you want a future, not just a for now. As you grow up things change, you change and you start to like it that way.

In Japan, the word KAIZEN means "change for better" or "continuous improvement."​ To keep yourself focused on constant and never-ending improvement, ask yourself every day, "How can I improve today? What can I do better than before? Where can I learn a new skill or develop a new competency? How can I make this better? How can I do it more efficiently? How can I do this more profitably? How can we serve our customers better? How can I provide more value to more people? How can we do this with greater love?"​

Each new day offers opportunities, challenges, temptations, and distractions. Commit now that you will learn and explore new opportunities, carry a positive disposition to meet challenges, refuse temptations that would compromise values and ethics, and focus on doing activities that add value to your success goals. That decision begins now.

Growth is a process, stop looking at current results and focus on becoming a better person, and developing your skills.

When you plant a seed in the ground you wouldn’t dig it up after 3 weeks of seeing nothing for your efforts. You would continue to water and feed the seed until it blooms into whatever it’s meant to be.

No matter what, stick to your goals. Don't give up on your dreams. Focus comes from eliminating distractions.

Keep going in whatever you looking to achieve. As long as you know where you’re going and are following people with the results that you want then you will get there.

I encourage you to FOCUS on your DREAMS, not the GIANT. Don't let FEARS limit your GROWTH. Let your PASSION be greater than your FEAR. DREAMS don't work unless you do!

Know your PURPOSE in life and align your ACTIONS to your life purpose. What do you want in life? I encourage you to TAKE TIME to discover your PURPOSE. If God brings you to it; He will bring you through it.
