How To Request Stock Certificate For Visa Application (COL Financial)

Are you applying for a visa to travel to Europe, the U.S., Canada, or any other country?

You need to prove that you can shoulder your trip expenses with the following list of requirements: bank certificate, birth certificate, applicant's income tax return (Form 2316), and certificate of employment.

If you feel you need to submit supporting documents to increase your chances of a visa grant, you can submit a stock certificate. It doesn't show much on the list of requirements, but it is equally as good as a supporting document.

I am sharing with you the steps on how to request a stock certificate.

1. Visit COL Financial website. Login your account.

2. On the dashboard, click "Home" and then "Form. Download the Certification Request Form.

​3. Fill out the form and then email a scanned copy to [email protected]. Tell them you are requesting a certification for your visa application.

Important Note:

The total fees will be debited from your COL account for every requested certification. COL reserves the right to hold the delivery of certifications until accounts are adequately funded for payment. Original certifications not picked up or couriered to the account holder will be disposed of after 3 months.

That's it! If you opted for courier delivery, the certificate will be delivered the next day if you are in Manila or nearby provinces. If you live farther, it may take 2–3 days.
