Complete the required fields in the ACCOUNT INFORMATION form, then click NEXT

Review. Once all information is correct, submit your application

After submitting the form, a verification email will be sent to the e-mail address you provided

Click the link sent to your email address to verify your account. You will be re-directed to www.MakeTrade.com.ph for instructions on printing and submitting your Application Form.


Prepare the following requirements:​

After verifying your email address, a PDF file of your accomplished application form (CAIF, Signature Card, Online Securities Agreement) will be sent to the email address you provided:

• Online Customer Account Information(PDF)
• Online Trading Agreement and Signature Card.(PDF)

Print and Sign the application forms

Prepare the required documents:

​Filipino Citizens

• Photocopy of one (1) Primary ID or two (2) Secondary IDs (Photo and Signature must be clear)

Resident Foreign Citizens

• Photocopy of one (1) valid government issued ID (Photo and Signature must be clear)
• Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) or Work Permit from DOLE

Non-Resident Foreign Citizens

• Authentication of a photocopy of one (1) valid passport (Photo and Signature must be clear)
• Proof of Income

• Digitized SSS ID
• Driver's License
• GSIS E-card
• PRC ID
• IBP ID
• OWWA ID
• Digitized BIR ID
• Senior Citizen's ID
• Passport
• OFWID
