Why is there an adjustment in the fees?
BPI Wealth is adjusting the fees for its mutual fund and UITF offerings in response to evolving market conditions. In order to guarantee that they can maintain long-term stability for assets and offer the best possible service, it has been decided to increase management fees.
What does this mean for investors in the fund?
There is nothing to worry about; your investment balances will not be affected, and outstanding units will remain the same before and after the adjustment of fees.
The trust fee is already embedded in the daily calculation of the Net Asset Value Per Share or Unit (NAVPS/NAVPU). As such, the adjustment in fees will be automatically reflected in the price and value of the fund upon the implementation date of February 1, 2024.
