Personal Development, Business, Finance, and Investing for Everyone
An investment in knowledge always pays the best interest.
Time is the most valuable asset we have but if you're not using it effectively it can hurt you. Are you using your time to build your future or you wasting it? How do you spend your time? Are you cultivating habits that are helpful to your stated goals? Is what you say you want your life to stand for consistent with what your life stands for? Don't just work hard; work smart. Smart work is getting others to not only do but also want to do the hard work for you. And smart work also getting money to work for you, not the other way around. I'm not against hard work... necessarily. After all, no one reaches any level of success without putting in a lot of hours. But how were those hours spent? If you're not getting the results you seek, that's the first thing you need to determine. What are you doing with your time? Where is your time better spent? You cannot save time for future use. But you can invest it for the future you. Time is gold. We all have the same 24 hours in a day. It's how you use them that counts. If someone else seems to be accomplishing more than you, they're sacrificing more than you.
Evaluate your day and decide whether it brought you closer to your goal or further. If the answer is further, then decide what you're going to change STARTING TODAY. If your day brought you closer to your goals then find one way that you can accelerate those results for the next day. Visualize one thing you'll commit to and hold yourself accountable to it. What's one thing you can change in your routine that will help you build your future? The Bible says in Ephesians 5:15-16, "Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil." Use your time wisely. God bless!
