Your Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus PIN was forgotten. Can't read your PIN mailer? No problem! You can now set a new PIN in the UnionBank Online App for FREE! Just download the UnionBank Online App and enroll your Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus. Follow these simple steps to set a new PIN: Step 1: On your UnionBank Online App dashboard, select your Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus. Step 2: Click "Manage Cards". Step 3: Select the card to change the PIN. Step 4: Click "Set ATM Card PIN" and type the new PIN. Step 5: Enter the new 6-digit PIN again. Step 6: You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Encode the OTP in the app. When you successfully change your PIN, you will receive an acknowledgment that will be read on your UnionBank Mobile App. You will also receive an email confirmation from UnionBank that your PIN has been changed successfully. After that, you can use the card's 6-digit PIN to transact at ATMs or POS terminals.
