The Pag-IBIG Fund has reached a historic milestone as its Loyalty Card Plus program officially surpassed P1 billion in total discounts granted to its members. This achievement comes as the agency successfully expanded its network to 507 partner establishments nationwide, providing Filipino workers with tangible relief against the rising costs of living. A Decade of Member Savings Originally launched in 2014, the Loyalty Card program was designed to offer more than just a membership ID. In 2019, it evolved into the Loyalty Card Plus, integrating cash card features through partner banks like Asia United Bank (AUB) and UnionBank of the Philippines. This upgrade allowed members to receive loan proceeds and access basic banking services directly through their card. As of March 2026, the program has recorded:
“The Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus is a prime example of how public-private partnerships can work to provide practical and relevant daily benefits to Filipino workers,” said Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling, Chairperson of the Pag-IBIG Fund Board of Trustees.
