Foreign corporations may need to submit additional business documents necessary. Can my Proof of Address be a different address from my two IDs? As long as possible, IDs and Proof of Address should have the same address, and the Proof of billing should be named after the investor. If investors don't have any Proof of Address named after them, they can provide any Proof of Address that has the same address as what is in their IDs since this just serves as verification that the address exists.
What is the minimum investment amount? Most projects have a minimum investment amount of PhP 1,000.00 but some projects differ. What is the duration of investment? It depends on the maturity period of the property but would from range 6 to 8 months. Can I invest in multiple projects? Yes, you can invest in multiple projects. Can I still invest if the property is already fully funded? No, you cannot invest anymore. Once the property is fully funded, it will no longer be available. What are the proposed interest rates? Every project has a different guaranteed investment return. Am I allowed to transfer or sell my contract to another individual? No, the contract is non-transferable.
