To avoid stressing out, allow for these delays in our schedule. Always arrive the night before your meeting or conference. Manage Your Sleep Change your sleeping pattern to accord with your destination's time zone. Or schedule meetings when it's the middle of the day in your own time zone to make sure you will be awake. Book a room away from noisy areas.
