The Man Who Thinks He Can
To change your life, you have to change yourself. To change yourself, you have to change your mindset.
Mindset is Everything. Don't expect things to change if you don't change. Change your mindset and habits today. The smallest changes can make a world of a difference in your life.
Once your mindset changes, everything on the outside will change along with it. Your mind is a powerful thing. Fill it with positive thoughts! I would like to share a great motivational poem.
"Thinking" is a poem written by Walter D. Wintle, a poet who lived in the late 19th and early 20th century. "Thinking" is also known as "The Man Who Thinks He Can".
If you think you are beaten, you are;
If you think you dare not, you don't.
If you'd like to win, but think you can't
It's almost a cinch you won't.
If you think you'll lose, you've lost.
For out in the world we find
Success begins with a fellow's will:
It's all in his state of mind.
If you think you're outclassed, you are:
You've got to think high to rise,
You've got to be sure of yourself before
You'll ever win that prize.
Life's battles don't always go
To the stronger or faster man,
But sooner or later the man who wins
Is the one who thinks he can.
Remember that the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.
Every journey, however long it may be, begins with a single step. But you must take that first step. Once you do, each step takes you closer and closer to your goal.
Just begin. Take a single step, followed by another, and then another. Don't look too far out into the future, and don't look too far back either. Stay centered in the present moment as best you can. If you follow this simple plan, you'll be amazed at what you can accomplish over time.
