For as low as Php 5,000, you can start investing with LANDBANK’s Unit Investment Trust Fund or UITF.
The Unit Investment Trust Fund (UITF) is an open-ended pooled trust fund that is invested collectively in a diversified portfolio approved by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP). It is an affordable and one of the best vehicles to participate in the financial markets. UITF offers a simple, more convenient, and less time-consuming method of investing in a diversified portfolio.
Currently, LandBank has six (6) UITFs to offer, namely:
LandBank Auto-Invest Program: Invest with Ease!
A program offered by Land Bank that allows UITF clients to automatically contribute to their existing UITF account by authorizing LandBank Trust Banking Group to debit their nominated Land Bank deposit account and purchase units on a regular basis.
For as low as Php 1,000.00 a month, you can automatically invest your money and reap the benefits of Peso Cost Averaging (PCA).
Benefits Of Enrolling With Auto-Invest Program
You don't have to visit your branch just to add to your UITF investment. Additional contributions to your UITF account shall be regularly processed depending on the frequency you have chosen.
Enjoy The Benefits Of Peso-Cost Averaging (PCA)
Peso-Cost Averaging is an investment technique or strategy where you regularly buy investments regardless of its current price. For UITFs, you can buy more units when the market is down and fewer when the market is up.
Avoid The Risk Of Wrongly Timing The Market
Your Investments are automatically and regularly placed regardless of the movements in the market. This reduces your exposure to risk compared to making a single large investments at the wrong time.
