How To Enroll In Security Bank Online (SBOL)

Security Bank Online is a safe, secure and easy way to manage your money via the internet. If you are already a Security Bank Account Holder, you can now enroll in SBOL where you can check your account balance and current/savings. 

​Steps To Enroll In Security Bank Online (SBOL)

1. Go to Security Bank Online Website.
2. Click Not Yet Enrolled? Enroll Now!​

For Enrollment Using Bank Accounts

3. Choose what type of account to enroll. (Bank Accounts)

4. Choose Activation Type.

• ​Enrollment PIN

• ATM Terminal

• Form Submission

4. Read the Electronic Banking Terms and Conditions of Use. Check the Check box button and then click Submit.

5. Accomplish the form.

• Enrollment Pin

- Once submitted when "Activate your enrollment through Enrollment Pin" is chosen, fill up the required fields.
- Then click Submit.

• ATM Terminal

- Once submitted when "Activate your enrollment through the Security Bank ATM" is chosen, fill up the required fields.
- Then click Submit.

• Form Submission

- Once submitted when "Activate your enrollment by submitting the signed printed original copy of online enrollment form to your preferred branch" is chosen, fill up the required fields.
- Then click Submit.

6. Review and Confirm the details.

7. Acknowledgement

- Upon reviewing the information, there will be an acknowledgement that the application has been successfully submitted with a corresponding reference number.
- Click the Print button.

​For Enrollment Using Credit Card

Same Steps for (Step 1 and 2)

3. Choose what type of account to enroll. (Credit Card)
4. Read the Electronic Banking Terms and Conditions of Use. Check the Check box button and then click Submit.

5. Choose Activation Type.

6. ​Fill out the required fields. (Login Information and Client Information) 

7. Confirmation

-​ Upon reviewing the information, click "Submit" if all of them are correct.
- The next step will be the acknowledgement that application has been successfully submitted with a corresponding reference number.

Who Can Enroll And What Types Of Accounts Can Be Enrolled?

For Bank Accounts​

• Active Individual CASA (includes sole proprietorship accounts)
• Active  Individual FCDU Accounts
• Active "or" Joint CASA accounts
• Active  “and/or” CASA Accounts, provided account has SINGLE signing authority
• Active  CashlinkPlus (MCE)/SBC Proprietary Prepaid Cards (CashCards)

For Credit Cards

• Active Security Bank MasterCard Credit Cards of primary cardholders

For Investment Accounts

• ​Unit Investment Trust Fund (UITF)

For Term Deposit Accounts (applicable for additional enrollment only)

• Active Individual Term Deposit Accounts
• Active “OR” Joint Term Deposit Accounts
• Account types that are allowed:

1. Dollar Time Deposit
2. Investment Savings Account
3. Peso Time Deposit
4. Secure Dollar Optima

How Long Will It Take Before I can Use Security Bank Online (SBOL)?

• If you chose to activate using the ATM Terminal, you may start using Security Bank Online for bank transactions 24 hours after your application is received.
• If you chose to activate by printing, signing and submitting your online enrollment form to your preferred branch, your enrollment to Security Bank Online will be effective after you have received your approval of your application through email notification. Standard turn around time is three (3) banking days after you have submitted your signed online enrollment form to your main branch or Security Bank Cards.
