What to expect from the new Metrobank mobile app?
I received an email and text message from Metrobank that they will be launching their new Metrobank App on November 16, 2022. You don't need to worry because Metrobank assured that the existing usernames and passwords still can be used.
According to Metrobank, clients' accounts, payees, and billers on their Metrobank Mobile App and Metrobank Online profiles will be on the new app. But they might see duplicates for those that are enrolled on both platforms. Again, if you are a client of Metrobank, you don’t need to worry because you can delete them easily.
Please note that starting November 7, 2022, enrollment of accounts, peers, and billers will be disabled on the current app. You may start enrolling them once the new app is available.

Update: As of November 15, 2022
I received an email update from Metrobank:
"The NEW Metrobank App is almost here, we just need more time to make sure that everyone's upgrading experience becomes as smooth as possible. We will release the app at a later date and will update you once it is available.
In the meantime, please use Metrobank Online for your online banking needs."
