Personal Development, Finance, and Investing For Filipinos
An investment in knowledge always pays the best interest. Financial Education is your best investment.
Stay positive even when it feels like your whole world is falling apart.
What do you do when life knocks you down? When everything seems to be going wrong? I have good news for you. You can do something!
Here are two things I learned from Mr. Tom Ziglar (Son of Mr. Zig Ziglar, an American Author, Salesman, and a Motivational Speaker):
Turn Your Worry Into Action
This is a hard one to master but worth it. Identifying a problem is positive, not negative. It only becomes negative when you focus on the problem and not the solution.
Here are some simple steps:
Change Your Mindset From “Going” Through To “Growing” Through
When the tough times come, and they will, and somebody asks you how you are doing, let them know you are growing a lot right now. Take time each day to journal and dig into your situation and ask yourself what you are learning. Now apply this learning to step #1 and take action.
Change! If you keep doing what you're doing, you'll keep getting what you're getting. If you want to change your life for the better, start by consciously changing what you think and what you say.
If you can dream it, you can do it! Be fearless in the pursuit of what sets your soul on fire. And when you pray, ask God for wisdom.
Imagine Yourself Successful
Always picture yourself successful. Visualize the person you desire to become. Set aside time each day to be alone and undisturbed. Get comfortable and relax. Close your eyes and concentrate on your desires and goals. See yourself in this new environment, capable and self-confident.
Sometimes when we face times of trouble, we may get spiritual amnesia and forget the grace of God. But a good way of reestablishing a thankful heart is to set aside distracted time and deliberately remember God's past provisions for us and give thanks.
Remembering God's provision for yesterday gives hope and strength for today.
Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous.
Always do things that would make you feel loved and happy. I wish you love, joy, and peace everyday!
Don't forget to pray. Always ask God for wisdom and guidance. May God bless you!
